I am 21 years old, and am currently attending Villanova University just outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I am studying to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree (and then hopefully a Master’s) in Computer Science. I am also working to obtain a German minor. Once I am out in the real world, I hope to go into network security or digital crime detection and prevention. Possible employment opportunities would hopefully be large company IT departments or governmental digital security work.

I am the only son in a family of four children. We are a unique family in the fact that there were only two pregnancies (two sets of twins). I am the youngest in my family, and have a twin sister. The older set of twins, age 25, are fraternal as well.

I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes on May 4, 2006, and spent about two months on injections. I was put on an Animas IR1250 on July 5, 2006. Much to my disliking, my first pump died on May 21, 2007. I have since upgraded to an Animas 2020, and have been pumping happily ever since. And in 2009, I’m still pumping happily. Even through those days where I just want to be rid of the thing.
